Help me please

I finished my map(I think it's to friggin huge but whateva) now i need to use tool. What am i supposed to do from here? i have the tutorials that halo mods supplied, but when i try to do what he says, it always says can't find toolbeta.map then does nothing. Someone said that it don't matter, but, nothing happens after i get that error.. help please

go to www.cortana.org go under quick tools and download "urangutan" or "toolrunner".This is the easiest way to create tags.

I tried urangutang (got it from patrick) and my norton antivirus said it had a virus. I also tried quicktool, for some reason it wouldn't structure it.

i dunno, i'll try again.

ok, nvm, it was a bogus viral message.

But, it still didn't work. It won't compile the file!! I'm trying to compile it from a .jms file. Should i be using a .wrl file> i don't understand. It nevers gives me error messages, it just doesn't do anything!!!
