Tool error i've never seen b4

ive been building simple maps for a while and now i get this error wen i type in "tool structure levels\ultimatum ultimatum":

###ERROR model file has wrong version number.

What do I do?

If you use chimp this might of happened because you forgot to edit your .jms it creates..(read the readme that came with chimp).
