Alot of crap umm maby you could use search or find tuts and stuff.

You need 3ds Max 6 (or 5 or 4)Or you can use gmax (3ds max 6 recommended)
And you'll need HEK it contains all the tools you need to make a map.
And halo CE to play the map in the end.

its a free download, you can get it at filefront.com

3ds Max has a free 30 day trial, but gmax is free (although harder to use)
