A mod idea: Make it so you can change colors in SP...

I though it would be realy neat to be able to change colors in the campain.

So is anyone interested in doing it?

I dunno, it's possible, but i dont know if it is the way you would want to do it anyway. No offence or anything, but i think you could spend your time on some better mods.

I know, I just though it would be neat.

But I don't know much aobut Halo modding.....and was thinking about doing it. So do I need a Hex "editor" or a de-coder to acess the files needed to do that?

that's easy as cake......just take the single player skin and swap it with multiplayer. OR make one of your own. customize !

Ok....but where would I find though files, and do I need anything to acesses them? And why swap them? Coudln't I just add them?

the files are in the biped tag. i think mac had a thread on this a while back, but voided said taking ur cyborg_mp biped and swapping it wouldnt work so..... u should probably try re-skinning it. go find the .dds plug-in for photoshop in the files forum. then u extract ur cyborg bitmap, open it in photoshop, change the color, and re-inject it. tada!
