mods help for a noob

well this is my first post and i am a noob to mods so i need some advice on how to run mods and what tools i should use to run them

You should use Halo map tools 3.5 . and you should get spark edit and halo hacker tools. but halo map tools is the best. it maybe kinda confusin but its still the best tool ever.

Yep, i would recomment HMT 3.5, HHT, and Spark Edit, all availible in the Files section of Halomods.
