ERROR: couldn't build bsp because of overlapping surfaces...

ERROR: couldn't build bsp because of overlapping surfaces...

I made some terrian for my map (Its my first one) and I was going to test it out in game. The problem is i get this error when compiling it:

ERROR couldn't build bsp because of overlapping surfaces (orange)

know, im 110% sure that there are no overlapping surfaces. Look for your self...

Ok for one did you just extrude that hill thing? And if I had to guess I would say it has something to do with your sky. Run a STL check to see if 3d max or w/e picks up any errors. Hope this helps

just go to file>>import then go to your halo ce root directory then on the file-type pull down menu choose wrl then pick "mapname.wrl"

Now just find the eroors in your map and fix them, if you duno what to do open up your HEK tutorial and found out how to edit them.

i can see the overlapping faces from here, the top left corner of that hill, the blackstuff means its not right, move a few vertices so it looks normal without black stuff.
