Fraps Sound Problem

Sorry for posting this twice, but I'm VERY desperate.

Hey... I have a problem with Fraps, where I can't record sound. What type of sound is Fraps recording at for you?

It should be one of the following:
SPDIF-In
CD Digital
MIDI
CD Audio
Line-In
Microphone
Auxiliary
TAD-In
Wave

Wave works the most, but only records background sounds like the birds chirping or your shields beeping. PLEASE HELP ME! What setting do you use for Fraps? Detect best sound input? Or Windows Input and what is the sound input used?

I think in the trial versions you don't get sound at all or very little sound.

*sigh* Not Trial Version. I also get the humming sound Boarding Action sound on Wave as well... UI beeps, etc. HELP ME! Tell me your settings!
