urgent help with halo CE

on the level creation step 2, it says get the merge master_chief.max from

Halo\data\characters\reference directory structure.

in the data folder i dont see a characters directory this is wut i see

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\data

^ i see 3 more folders in the data directory...

cinematics^levels^ and sky

wtf i dont see charactors folder in their or a master_chief.max (i searched with ctrl-F) is their a way i can download the stupid shit?

it's under \data\levels\test\tutorial\models
