importing Gmax models

does any1 know where i can find a script to Export Gmax models, and Import them into 3ds?

cuz my mate works in Gmax, because his 3ds max is messed up, but now we got a project going, and i cant import his models into 3ds.

anything to get his Gmax stuff into my 3DS would be great

ya, i found it just before u said it, and all i need now is the discreet site to load, ARG, are they updating or something? anyway, thanx
