I only mod halo 2 vista, but actually i am modding halo combat evolved, can you please tell me how add tags for example weapons of halo 3, and how skin?

If no one will post a download link then I say this thread should be deleted because there is no point in it right now. So I ask again will someone please post a download link attached to a post so it won't break in the future.
