Sure it will boot fine when ran with the debug bios since the trainer automatically disables the 1.1 update...but no you won't be able to communicate through the debug IP with UberScreenshotTool unless Aequitas adds support for it.Juniorman030790 wrote:Xbox would you mind telling me if the xbox boots running a debug bios and would the UberScreenshot tool work for grabbing screens in game using the xbox's debug IP provided that the debug bios will even boot.

well i have made sure that the screenshot created the "$s" folder and it did. i enable the trainer then i start the game. i then make a game and start it. i can switch my views. but when i push "rthumb+back" it doesnt take the screenshot. when i pust "rthumb+lthumb" it doesnt freeze like it should and it doesnt. the camera wont enter debug mode so i cant movet the camera freely.xbox7887 wrote:You can start by telling me exactly what you're doing...then maybe I will be of some assistance.
Maybe it's fat fingers then because I don't know. If one part of the devcam works, it all will as long as it's done right or your controller isn't broken.
Just to clarify a little more...when I say 'rthumb+back', it means you click down the right thumbstick and the press the back button (button next to start) at the same time.

I'm sorry but I don't know what you're talking about. If the trainer partially works, everything does...there will be no grey area, and it will always work the same way. Every picture you take will be put in the $s folder, unless you have deleted your $s folder via a debug connection while in a game session, since the trainer only creates the $s folder for you the first time you take a pic each session.

I've been using this for the past few days now, and this is definately the best trainer ever... for any game!
The freezetime feature alone is extremely badass!
Also, the UberScreenshotTool is very easy to use and has very fast transfers! Makes everything so much easier.
GREAT work guys!
xbox7887: I'm looking forward to your tutorial on Halo 2 Memory Modification! Can't wait till it's finished.
Looks like my XDK will be very rarely used from here on out, lol, or at least untill xbox7887's tutorial is released.
Great work!

I could never code something in assembly that captures video nor would the xbox have enough system resources to do so. The best I can do is capture around 19 images or so each second. If someone can find a free program that allows you to make a video out of the images maybe I'll put some more effort into it, otherwise you won't see a rapidfire option in any future releases.Pvt Parts 11 wrote:You should really make it so that you can capture video as well. But otherwise the work is incredible. Nice job

I found one. I did a quick test video with the program and it seems quite nice with the adjustable framrate and all.

Here's an example video I made using the progam above and a turbo controller along with the trainer.
The Password to download is Halomods
Edit: Aequitas, if you don't mind would you please put a feature into the uberscreenshot tool that will let users have a click and drag highlight feature instead of the tedious checkmarking. The check marking gets annoying when you're dealing with 500 or so screen shots.

If you check a game node, it'll check all of the image nodes underneath it.. Personally, I use the Arrow Keys to scroll down the list and hit Space Bar to check the ones I wanna save.Juniorman030790 wrote:Aequitas, if you don't mind would you please put a feature into the uberscreenshot tool that will let users have a click and drag highlight feature instead of the tedious checkmarking. Excellent find, I will be sure to take a look and if it's a nice program I'll make a 'video' capturing feature.Juniorman030790 wrote:I found one. I did a quick test video with the program and it seems quite nice with the adjustable framrate and all.

Ya I have been thinking about if it would be possible to make a video option. I was talking with my friend and he had an idea like yours to take so many pictures that if strung together they would be just like a movie. Everyone just wants to get out of buying a capture card(including me, high quality pics strung together to make a movie would be fine for me. Especially because nice cards cost around 200$)
Finally got around to trying it out and it works great. This was just a test...I still need to play around with the fps settings and such.
