Halo Memory Editor

Now lets break that down

Halo -> A multiplayer game made by bungie
Memory -> A unit of a computer that preserves data for retrieval or Capacity for storing information
Editor -> Something that makes changes to something

Now all combined this would imply that this application Edits the memory of a halo game.
Crazy, rite? .....rite?

Features
-Dependency swapper
-Plugin run meta editor
-extract/inject meta
-load map from memory (no need close app to load a new map, just hit load map agian)
-save map from memory with support of physical file
-Sheer awesomeness of real time modding

I love you.
Where's my fucking Halo disk?!

Edit: If you make a new version, it would be awesome if you somehow implemented skin injection.

That was actually my original idea to introduce this "new" wave of real time modding i am trying to make.

I just tried this out. I have to say it was pretty awesome, espechually the way you can pretend to be like Halo 3's forge. The way that changes are instant is pretty mind-blowing. You have changed modding forever, conure. :D

I wish i could say this was my idea, but it wasnt. A while back Locke had a program that could do this and more, his program WAS forge in essence (this was before h3 was even announced). Also i dont have all the know how to make this perfect, i couldnt even get bitmasks to work (yet) ffs.

Also; VB is a shitty language!

Hey, memory modder, you should make a trainer that fixes Halo's shitty netcode and allows us to do AI online.

Does this support HMT plugins or only ent?

(Any chance that support for messing with teleporters will be added?)

.ent only, hmt style is yucky and i make .ent plugins. I may make something converts from HMT style to .ent.

Edit: O and you should be able mess with teleporters already with the .scnr plugin.

I just want to let some people know that I think that I may have discovered a way to spawn new vehicles. What I mean by that is an additional vehicle in the map. More details to come, I am still working on a method of doing this.

are you sayin if i make a plasma pistol shoot a rock and i save the map, it will save the rock there next time you load the map?(im thinking of RTH for Halo 2)
if so,1 word.....

FORGE!!!!

But then the only problem would be id have to dupe a crapload of weaps then make them shoot different scenery

VERY nice app, i will definately use it. Thanks!

As in Halo 3 Forge, you fly around as the monitor, and spawn objects and you can edit their respawn rates, runtime, etc
