He doesnt know himself. How could you benefit? He wants someone that knows how. Very easy program. Good for a first. Yea i went through your tuts yomama very good tuts might i add and my last post shouldnt of came up cause i posted it in the halo pc section not this......
also i was messing around in visual basic and i found out how to do this very cool and easy to do when bored lol.

u cant make a OS in VB, its impossible, no matter how much time u spend, it is impossible, ask Microsoft, they made the language, it is not possible, mwhahaha i crushed someones dream. jkjk, but u could do it in an MFC C++ app, but ud need to make ur own drivers / interact with the actual devices and stuff. Good luck if u r still gonna try in C++, ull give up eventually
