halo fly cam is a program that lets u look around them map - up down left right (good for pics and making movies)
I did Not make this program!

Permission? Despite the fact that banana made the program, it is still related to halo/bungie. So I dont think legal stuff applies. PLUS, we know banana made it, and he doesn't deny this, so I'm pretty sure it's legally ok. My dads a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that legal issues are in tact.

You can record movies with a program called FRAPS.

This is a nice program, I use it alot for getting good pictures and teleporting, although you could have just posted the link to the file on his website...

Actually, he could have possibly gotten permission from bitterbanana. His site,
http://www.bitterbanana.cjb.net, is checked very frequently by banana. He might have asked his permission there. You can only view the site in IE, sorry.

no just dl it first then open it and play halo. numpad key 1 is to fly ur camera around and numpad key 2 is to go back to ur body. u move ur camera just like ur body does. no u dont install it. oh yah hold shift while moving to speed up.
