Somebody asked for something to edit the xbe, so I'm posting this for them. It was made by Tfav. I'm just reposting, because I couldn't find a download for it.

btw does it change the dlc folder or just the save game?

It'll change the dlc folder, so you could even have a different autoupdate/no autoupdate for your modded xbe, and it'll have a different cache I believe, so you won't need to clear the cache when switching games if you change the saves folder. I used this on h2ce and it worked well.

Pretty sure that's not the case.

I think I just realized why it had a different cache i think, make the map file type or w/e option it is, to be something other than .map, so it'll have a different cache then, i changed mine to h2ce.

You can change a few things with this program depending on what you want to do. If you really know what you're doing, you could write a trainer to mod the xbe and modify a lot of how the game acts.

that is a modded xbox, and an example would be yelo for halo 2 pinned in the utilities section. You need xored trianer launcher found at the usaul places.

I can't get this to work. All I get is an error stating:
Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
Anyone have an idea why this is occurring?

Get COMDLG32.OCX and add it to the folder you're running the program from.

Ok...
I googled COMDLG32.OCX.....................found it.
I added it to the folder that is holding Halo2USE and tried accessing said .exe again. No go.
Then I associated it with the Halo2USE .exe. Alas, no go.
I'm still getting the same error.
Hmph...
Got me...

Then you either have the wrong file, or there is something being done wrong. Placing in that folder will work. Alternatively, Windows/System32.

When I get this error, Missing files etc, I just add them to system 32 and it's all good.

Alright. I've added comdlg32.ocx to the folder containing Halo2USE and also to the Windows System32 folder. No luck. I then received the following error:
Component TABCTL32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
Googled it.....found it. Put it in the folder with the Halo2USE along with COMDLG32.OCX. The folder now holds these three files:
-Halo2USE.exe
-COMDLG32.OCX.
-TABCTL32.OCX
And now.....ta dah! The program is working great!!!
Thank you for all who helped me getting this to work!!
Below is the TABCTL32.OCX file, in case anyone needs it.
