The staff usually gives a program some time then they move it to the Utilities section.

Doorman the startup map is it opens a map right when you start up. and the reson i cant find the BSP virwer is beausce my computers DIP is messed up (to long to explane)
EDIT theres a pic of my dip IF ANYONE RUNS ON 150 DIP there blue cross is there

It makes the map automatically startup on upon launch. It's useful when working on a mod and not having to worry about opening the map every time...

Try changing your DPI setting to 96. To do this, simply follow the following tutorial...
1. Right click your desktop and click
Properties.
2. Click on the
Settings tab.
3. Click on
Advanced.
4. Under
DPI setting, select
Normal size (96 DPI) from the drop-down menu.
5. Click
Apply then
OK.
If that doesn't work, simply follow the following tutorial...
1. Click on the 4 dots to the left of the toolbar and drag it down.
2. Your screen
should look like the following...
