[APP] IFPro Plugin Creator

This is my first application related somewhat to Halo. Please do not flame, I know it is uber simple, but it helps in editing .ifp, .ifp2, and .ent files. Even though it's simple, I spent alot of time on it because I'm learning to program without the help of Anthony's pack (even though this doesn't edit maps. 
)
I DIDN'T MAKE THIS TO RIP ON THE PLUGIN EDITOR RELEASED A FEW DAYS AGO. I just didn't like the interface so I decided to make my own.
It features all of the commands for making plugins, a nice GUI, a sone-to-come custom plugin building wizard if you guys like the app, and all the basic editing junk (copy, cut, paste). This is just a release to see if you guys like the app. If I get good feedback, then I'll continue. Either way it was a good learning experience.

Please post any bugs if you find any. I went through it and found a few things were causing errors so that simplified it alot, so sorry for that.
