[Halo 2] Pointer Tool V4 and a SP->MP tutorial!

Pointer Tool V4
Pointer Tool Written by shade45.
Shalo.dll written by myself.

Intro:
About 70 ish builds later of shalo.dll later I finally came up with a new version. Although I managed to break ID fixing (I wonder if it ever worked in the first place? :lol: ) But it doesn't matter the tutorial I wrote involves minimal Dependency/Lone ID swapping. Anyway I replaced it with a function that fixes map padding, some programs either don't like improperly padded maps, or they trash the padding at then end of the map and make it so some programs won't open it.

Features:
Modify BSP Magic, Size and Offset.
Modify BSP1, BSP2, BSP3, BSP4 and LTMP raw offsets.
Generate Pointers (Reverse Ed Offsets).
Automatically Import BSP/LTMP Raw. (Now proper!)
Inject BSP Meta(Any size).
Fix Map Padding.(More useful than it sounds ;) )
Create Serenity compatable maps.

How to use:
Most of this is pretty self explanitory, but to use the automatic fixer, Input BSP is the chunk in the scnr the SP BSP came from.
EDIT 2: I notice a bug, and fixed it, redownload.
