well seeing more and more mods having added itmc chunks and the proccess to dup the itmc and then open in glitcheys chunk adder then open in adi and change takes a while so... i been trying reflexives for a while and make a spawnchanger and found out how it works and i made an app to add itmc chunks and define them...

use: open up a map u want to add the items to.
select the item reflexive to copy. it will give u cords and an item to use. u can change them to how ever u want and either save or not. save is just if u wanna edit that reflexive. then change the number u wanna add.

note: u can also change the itmc u wanna use which saves u from going into adi.
then hit add chunks it shouldnt take more then 1 second.

it will add the amount of chunks u put in and using the info displayed.

happy modding :)

EDIT: i figured out y it didnt work and i fixed:)
also mini poll below v

add more stuff like mach,scen,etc
its awesome
meh

Sweet looks timesaving, but i got a suggestion.... u should of made it so u can choose any reflex in the scnr tag(machines, machines pallette, objects pallette, ect)... and does it add the chunks properly?

i might make it add the chunks proper later.

i dont really know everything to fix i think it would be...

add the amount of added bytes to every refrenced offset > then the offset u added to so search every tagoffset for the offsets refrenced to others if the offset is greater then the offset added to... plus the offset list...

but i dont know if thats how to fix or if its everything u need to fix

My suggestion would be to just save the edited meta and let the users reinject and link. You can either save the meta as a whole, with the chunks added in it...or you could just save the chunks and include a reflexive calculator and maybe a little tutorial on how to go about relinking everything.

uh, can't insolence duplicate AND rename tags already?
So why can't you just duplicate, rename, and swap dependacies?

you can't spawn more weapons just by duplicating an itmc, you have to add dependancies to the scnr tag. That is what adding chunks is for.
O and by the way, High6 are u still working on making it the proper method? And will there be support for other things besides itmc such as scen or mach?

Well actually you can spawn more weapons but you would have to swap out like a grenade for that weapon in the scenarios tag.

making an app to add chunks "the right way" isn't something you do in a few minutes, it takes long hard work to do it

non-proper ruins slc and tends to screw up maps sometimes.
