[A NEWER, BETTER PROGRAM HAS BEEN RELEASED BY ME CALLED ALIUS BOS]
Finally got around to releasing the first version of H-Name and getting out of BETA.

This program allows you to change weapon names, territory names, respawn time messages, etc. Hopefully replacing hex-editing eventually. Porvided you have a plugin you can edit practically anything readeable as text. Some plugins I slacked off on and just made it so you could edit territory names, but you can easily create new plugins for it, check the C:\Program Files\H-Name\ folder. Some plugins I took some time on though

I'm working really hard on supporting infinite lines in the plugin because it only supports a sad 11 textboxes right now
Fixed many things, mostly being that there is no minimum length for the descriptions, and textboxes only appear if the plugin goes that far.
Also,
this program now supports old maps as well as mainmenu.map and shared.map. More improvements to come in the future. Download below...
Download ALIUS BOS (or H-Name)
Download .NET Framework 2.0
Please leave feedback on this program.

These really shouldn't be offsets, they should load the string table and edit those values, and give a discription of what they are based on the unicode tag's name. Maybe if I get bored I'll write a simple program to demonstrate this.
Yeah

Yeah, but I wanted the user to be able to provide their own description instead of having it done automatically. I might do this though, good idea. Also I realize that there is a list of offsets in the map where all the weapons, messages, etc. are located. But hey, first program, cut me some slack
-Thanks for the posts

whats this about missing plug-ins?
ok

If it says missing plugins just click yes to rewrite them.
If it doesn't work delete your C:\Program Files\H-Name\ folder, it will automatically rewrite all plugins as it thinks you are missing plugins.
Coag is not messed up, that three character symbol is the code for the (X) image button. You can copy and paste that and use it on any plugin.

LOL
Shows how much time and effort I put into this eh?
Nah, lol. You see when I rushed with these plugins, I got offsets from my modded maps, these modded maps were a different size than the original map therefor putting the hex in a different spot. So, what does show? Patience next time, and all I can say for you now is, make your own plugins.
