Seperate bitmaps
I was getting frustrated about bitmaps going perfectly into one map, but screws something up in another map. Then I found this out.
1) Go into HMT 3.5 and select [bitm]
2) Find your bitmap and select it. The bitmap should show up on the left side of the program
3) Above the bitmaps, on the left of the EOF button, you should see a code. Select it, and copy it.
4) Select the utilities link, paste the code in the slot above the Magic + & Magic - links.
5) Click Magic +, the new code will be there. Copy it, and paste it where the original code was, to the left of EOF.
6) Click update.
7) Inject your bitmap (This will only work on the one you edited)
Tada! The bitmap will only show up on the map you edited. And no corruption no matter what! Make sidewinder and b40 snow hogs and it will not show on normal maps! Make a camo for the ar in a jungle map, and it will not bother any others!
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!: This will increase the size of your bitmaps.map. You cannot make a ppf of it and the original!

For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.

I know it works when you click those two buttons, no need to play with map data...

EOF > Update is a better way to do it over your way. EoF(end of file) basically just gets the next place were bitmaps can be injected in bitmaps.map, no outside math required. Also you CAN make bitmaps of rebuilt maps and bigger support maps, this has been proven in the past....
just use the sized ppf maker.....
btw internalized bitmaps are cooler

If I could get the SPPF to work, that would be nice.
Thankyou conure for clearing that up, and yes, internalizing is cooleralthough you'll never catch me doing it. ;p
