Help with a problem/ Need Tut

Ok, i have this problem. I am currently making a modern warfare style map and i was wondering what it takes to do this: look down the sights when you hit the throw-granade/ right click buton. if you dont know what i mean, its the look down the sights feature in the DMT maps such as DMT od Crossfire. also if you still dont know what i mean here is a link to youtube
