For some reason I don't need to extract the tags...

When I was first creating my custom ui's I had to extract my tags. Also, this is for the Halo CE multiplayer. Some people find this easier than finding the place to download them from. When creating a ui with a custom edition multiplayer you need to extract the tags to get the scenario file.
