open up what map you want to add a pelican to.(in entity 1.3.9)
than open up a campain map that has one in it (in my recomendation use
old mombassa)
click on the vehi tag (vehicle) and select pelican go to options and check in recrusive and parised than click save meta create a entity builder folder
(if you allready have one... than no) than go back to the map you want to add it to and click build than click on the pelican you put into the entity builder folder and build it into the map
now click on the pelican go to the meta editor and add warthog_d instead of pelican_d
click save
open the chunk cloner and click on the main tag select copy to clip board
then click on banshee right click and hit over write selected chunk/reflexfive than add meta to map wait for it to finish and the banshee should be replaced with the pelican.
open up delta approach (SP map) go to the mech tag (mechene) than click on bridge then click save meta save it to your entity builder folder
open up your pelican map and click on rocket launcher and clone 1 chunk (plus the one that is already there which equals 2) than copy the bridge to the clip board and swap it with the rocket.
open up the bsp viewer in (entity alpha 1) and move the bridge to wherever you want the pelican to spawn and move one of the pelicans above the bridge and you have one extra bridge and pelican move them to wherever you want.
