Fixing items FP and sound after H2Core

What I've noticed after using H2Core and H2Gurilla, is that sometimes after you rebuild a map, some weapons get corrupted and lose the ability for their FP models to load as well as sound either don't happen or sound odd. Here is how to fix that problem.
1. (If you didn't delete decompiled parts of you map then skip this step) Open up the map that your trying to fix in H2Core and hit [map] > [decompile].
2. Open a clean map in H2Core and hit [map] > [decompile].
3. Now reopen the map that is corrupted in H2Core and click [map] > [rebuild].
4. Select your maps Scernairio and check off keep spawns the same.
5. Resign and enjoy and uncorrupted map (NOTE - if the map still has corrupted weapons then just do it again. This worked for me on my first try.)

Thank you somuch man i have been looking for the solution to that problem for agesi managed to work it out a different way when i made nightwinder 2 but its been simply not happening with my other mods

Thanks. It took my a while my self to come up with this solution.

I dont see a tab that says "recompile" under "map".
All i see is:
Decompile
Rebuild
Sign
Builder
Object Relocator
im not sure wut 2 do.
Edit: No problem, i sorta figured u meant rebuild anyway. Thx.

Sorry about that. I ment rebuild not recompile.

So are u supposed 2 save all the tags in the same place, and do u need "Overwrite Existing Decompiled Tags" checked?
I also dont see a "keep spawns the same" thing.

Place where you originally got it. They have an updated version up for download.

All the downloads from where i originally got it has been removed 4 sum reason. I dont know where 2 look. If sum1 cood post a link 2 the latest version id b thankful.

Thats where i got mine and i have checked every page and all the download links are either down or not the latest one. My version is H2CoreRelease_3_7_7_913. Plz help me out.

yes i am. i finally found a link and got the new H2Core. My version is now H2CoreRelease_04_02_07_315. Tell me if thats right. I have one more question: Can the clean map that u decompile be the base map of the map your trying 2 fix?

Thats the newest version of H2 Core
and yes, I assume using the base map as your clean map would be the best idea.

If you use your base maps clean map version it would overright any changs you made.
