Post by Pyroneko »

Finished Product: Things you will need: --Taking the Picures--
  • 1. Do something cool and freeze time. [right thumbstick+back]
    2. Go into debug camera mode [back+d-pad right] and move your camera until you are in the center of the action (if there are grenades or other things that use particle effects make sure you dont go through any because they will vanish)
    3. Hold [right thumbstick+d-pad down] until your camera moves away to the desired depth.
    4. Now, if you spin your camera it will spin around the point you put it on in step 2 so spin your camera around a few times to tweak and find the best angle.
    5. Hold down the right thumbstick and tilt it a little horizontaly so you get a nice slow spin going and then start pressing back at even intervals to take pictures. Continue until you have gone full circle.
--Downloading the Picures--
  • 1. Open up UberScreenshotTool and connect to your Xbox (you will have to enter in your xbox's ftp info if you havent used it before)
    2. Check all of the pictures in the sequence and then prss Ctrl+A and save them to all to a directory.
--Creating the VR--
  • 1. Open up flash and create a new file.
    2. At the bottom of the window change the dimensions to 640 x 480 and the FPS to 20
    3. Press Ctrl + R and select the first picture of the sequence that you took, when it asks you if you want to import the rest of the pictures click yes.
    4. Save your file somewhere.
    5. Press Ctrl + Enter, and wait for it to load. Then go to the directory where you saved the file and there should be a yourfilename.swf file there and thats your finished VR

When the game is great.... The gamer has to be greater.

Don't know what VR actually stands for, but he's likely referring to the 3D videos you can rotate around and such.

Anyways, this tutorial isn't really very good, because Yelo can record videos at perfect intervals, it's much better than doing it manually.
