Name: Halo-AllMaps Version: 1.0.0
Author: Charles Boling

Short Description:
------------------
Tired of manually adding maps to your Halo Dedicated Server init.txt file? This will add all available maps to the file. Also works for HSE and IBE configuration files.

Installation Instructions:
--------------------------
Copy Halo_AllMaps.exe to your Halo directory.

Long Description:
-----------------
Just in time for a the post-Christmas gaming season... This program is intended to save a lot of effort by automating the process of adding new maps into the rotation on a Halo Dedicated Server. It rebuilds the MapCycle section of your Halo/HaloCE Dedicated Server "init.txt" file, adding each map in your MAPS directory into the cycle with the chosen map type (right now you're limited to 1 map type per run). It will back up the init file, then rewrite it.

The program also works with Halo Server Extensions ("daemon.ini") and the Init Builder Extended ("Dedicated Server Config.ini") files.

The [prerelease] version of HSE I tested it on was doing weird things with the map rotation even without changing the file, so I never got a satisfactory test, other than to verify that the 1st 6 maps looked okay. I didn't test it on the standalone IBE. I DID verify that HaloCE works great with the modified init.txt file, even if it did take 7 minutes for HaloCE to hash all 298 maps...

For more complex map rotation schemes, you can always use this for a base, run it multiple times if needed, and cut/paste to obtain the desired results.

Note: If you've put a lot of work into your config, ALWAYS make a backup copy of it before messing with it using this program or any other!

Comments and suggestions are welcome. Screaming profanity at me is not. :-)
