I dont ever remeber this being posted so i did and this program is what i use to record and take screenshots of my desktop unlike fraps its free and fraps cant take pic of your dsktop.
EDIT:Sry if i double posted i was in a hurry and just posted it.

What's the point of this? Why not just use prt scr? I mean the only extra step is going into paint and pasting it..

Well print screen doesnt record your desktop and fraps only records in game.and i dont expect this to go in utilitys i just thought that some people might want it.

print screen does record your desktop

Not on mine i hit print screen and it just takes a screen shot.

print scrn takes what you currently see on your moniter and copies it to, well you copy bord. it doesnt save the picture as an actual file. just open up some image progam and hit ctrl v. You are doing something wrong if it doesnt take a picture. no matter what your doing print scrn will ALWAYS take a picture.

This is a pretty nifty program! I have been wanting to record my desktop because something keeps popping up that I have no idea what it is...and then it dissapears 3 milliseconds later...

I don't see why people need fraps or other progs to take SCREENSHOTS....
For movies sure, but just taking a ss, PrintScreen/SysRq, open Paint, Paste. The end....
