ive had this for a while but i never thought of using it for rar files so i just tested it and it works so ill move to utilites...

It doesnt compress any more than rar it sux

and technically winrar is free as it never runs out

I guess I disagree shadowbreaker. Technically it is not free (it is shareware). That's what the little popup is saying. They don't force you to stop using it, but you are supposed to pay for it.
