Srsly, probably the scariest game I've ever played.

Discuss.

The games out in America already? Retarded. They really should of released it at the same time as the UK release, 31st October, now that woulda been Bad***.

I can't say I have anything but High Hopes for it, I've watched all the trailers and Gameplay Vids, and it looks awesome, I really have to say I can't wait.

I'll never sleep again. ;_;

So am I the only one who bought this game so far or what? (No offense meant, RR; I believe you will enjoy the game immensely)

I have it. Sadly it's freezing about once every chapter. I'm still gunna play through the game...but it's getting annoying.

It's not the game. I took back my first copy and got another copy, same problem, which probably means it's my xbox. Which is weird because every game I have doesn't freeze ever.

Anywho, yes, this game is very freakin' creepy. It's not scary to me, just f**king crazy as hell. I love it (minus the freezing).

Guns blazing + Hard = *sadface*
Seriously, it's a bitch to get ammo on Hard mode. Thank fuck for the Elite suit, though; it'd be hell to play through this with the default suit.

yes, there was, by me, but that is an old thread, and it shouldn't be bumped

on topic...this game is scary...i was getting way into it earlier then some asshole with a really loud Harley just roared through my neighborhood at a very quiet part of the game. Scared the shit out of me.

Amazing game. Thing is I never heard of it until the day after I watched the movie Sunshine, both of which follow the same story line, an old found ship with a distress call, introduced problems once meeting that ship.

And the videos with Geoff are funny, especially the Armstrong one. "Speaking of shooting, I just shot that lady in the crotch. My god, I'm so sorry ma'am."

Yet again, it's great. I'll be getting it today.

EDIT: Playin it now. Great.

Some parts of the story are a little like BioShock but other than that this game is on my top 5 favorite games. Most of the time (For me) I'm not being scared my the monsters I'm being scared by the environment.

You have no idea whats going to be around the corner and you build up suspense and then nothing happens (Sometimes).

Whats up with the elite suit? I downloaded it for when I finally get to play but does it change anything besides appearance?

I think I might rent this or something.. had no idea it even existed until this thread. I went to the official website and watched like all the videos on it and was rather intrigued. I'm kinda disappointed in the animations, but the rest looks rather fancy.

The suit is automatically upgraded to level five. And it opens all of the slots in you inventory.

Is it as anime-ish as its anime/prequel?

Otherwise, I might rent it.
