Well I haven't seen a thread on this so here we go, I'm just wondering who if any will be in the battlefield bad company beta coming up on the 25th. I was fortunate to get a public beta key and I have had this game reserved for around 3 weeks. So is anyone in it or not because so far I'm the only one I know who has it and I can't wait until the 25th.

I'm not in the beta, I didn't pre-order the game yet. But I'm going to play it at my friend's house. I'm hoping the game will me exactly like Modern Combat. If they add stupid crap and mess up the game I won't get it.

Hopefully the beta will be good though =]

Paying for the guns is very cheap but hey its EA, I've been playing the beta and so far I'm kinda of disappointed, there are quite a bit of problems that need fixed and I don't know if 2 months is enough time to fix them before the game actually comes out.

Thats why it is called a beta ^_^


I find the game really fun and enjoyable to some degree (when you dont get spawn into enemy fire or team killed bc you teammate thinks your a enemy)

Im looking forward for the release of this game in June.

Yeah, I know thats why its called a beta but hopefully this doesn't reflect the current state of the game and is actually a earlier build, I may however cancel my reserve and wait for reviews to come out. I only have 5 bucks down so it won't hurt. I also still need to play some more, I've only played it for 45 minutes or so.

I played it a long time ago and really didn't like it, but a lot of people seem to like it. Meh, to each his own.

I played the demo last night, and I didn't like it. If you're not in a tank, helicopter, or a vehicle with a gunner.. you're screwed. It's a bit unbalanced. The only class I was really able to survive in was Demolition (I think?), and the Sniper. Once I found people who were actually out and running to kill, yeah it was fun.
Once the game comes out I might rent it.. but for now I'll be fine with Battlefield 2.

Well I canceled my reserve mostly because I don't have any money but I have to say that I like the single player in the demo. I think the story will be pretty good and funny.

It was the destruction, the sounds and the single player that got me.
The textures though >_>

The multi player seems a bit like a cluster fuck like the other battlefields seem to be...Anyway, I think I'll rent this game...Hopefully I can rent the special edition.

I second that! I tried the demo multiplayer, and I would always get PWN3D by some dude in a tank! The helicopters suck to fly too, at least for me.

The Demo of the campain though! WOW! It is beautiful! I like the fact that there are some 5 Ton trucks, and Humvees. I bet I could get my dad to play this huh?

Anywho, this will be a buy or borrow from friend game. It looks promising.
