Guitar Hero 3 Wii Controller Question.

Hey everyone, I recently got Guitar Hero 3 for the wii, and I really like it. I just have one question, on the controller at the bottom it has a port for a cable, like an internet cable. I was wondering why it is there, and what it is for. Thanks.

Both 360 versions (gh2 and 3) have the same thing I believe.
Its for the continuum transfunctioner and flux capacitor accessories. But there hasn't been a formal announcement.

But really, I have no clue.

Its like a phone jack right? In the GH2 manual it was for effect pedals that you could buy and alter the sounds of the notes you play in real time. Im guessing the effects would be like rock band's or a real guitars with wah or delay or something. Unfortunatly there really hasn't been any released, and if there has I havn't seen them.
