Ok, this thread is dedicated to Xbox 360 customization. You can post the wallpaper you use for all of your blades if you are using a custom theme, tell people how to make new themes by mixing and matching free themes in the guide, or post pictures/tutorials of physical Xbox 360 customization, like if you spray painted it black or something.
With all this said, I have a them designed for HD/widescreen TVs. It is designed to go along with the new Halo 3 Xbox 360. *Note, it looks best with a dark green guide background and the carbon trim.

Last time I checked, the custom theme thing was pretty limited, you could change the trim, and the background/picture, but the picture would be on all the tabs >_>

Mhm. Nowhere did he say it wasn't the same.

Nowhere did I say that he did. I was merely stating that it is pretty hard to create a good custom theme.

The limitations of customization isn't what this thread is about.

stalker

anyone want to buy it for $100 dollars? it has the ring of death so I'm going to sell it on ebay "as is" for $100. if no one here wants the case or something, I'll sell the hardrive after I get my elite.
also since it an older model it has a better power cable ( it will never fall out) and the top and bottom vent holes are shiny silverish color not the new not shiny dark ones they have now.

xbox, you can fix it by doing the
x-clamp replacement. I did it and my 360 has worked perfectly for almost a month. I would take a picture of it, but I haven't gotten around to putting it back together.

When my friend gets my 360, I'm going to do some stuff to it. Probably just making it a metallic appearance, but I'll post pictures when I finish it. If this thread will still be alive.

what do you mean putting it back together?
do you know if this is a permanent fix or a temporary one, because I was planing on getting an elite or the halo 3 console

I meant I haven't put the case back on my 360. I'm pretty sure that the x-clamp replacement is a permanent fix.

you don't need the case to run the console, infact it should run cooler without it

But then dust and other junk can gather on your motherboard and cause problems.
