Same as the first extension and reimbursement of costs, only this is three years.

i got that quote from this 1up.com news story, "
a tale of 11 broken xbox's" Microsoft knew all along there was a big problem, thats why they started putting heat sinks or whatever they are called in the new refurbished xbox's.
