I never knew about this today until my friend told me.
Goldeneye: Source
A free mod for Half-life 2 which is a remake of Goldeneye 007 from the Nintendo 64. I just thought I'd drop in incase any of you haven't heard.
Let the good times roll...

It's cool and all, but I'm sick of the Source engine in general. It makes every Half-Life 2 mod feel the exact same.

that's more of something on the modder's creativity part, although some parts of the engine just stay there (pause screen anyone?). anyways, i really like how the source engine performs graphics and physics rather well.
anyways, that goldeneye source feels so old to me, but i don't have half-life 2 anyways, so maybe i should buy it...

I like the source engine. It's highly customizable with a very clean and useful console. There's a lot less bugs in it in comparison to many other engines and it is constantly updated.
I'm not sure about you but The Hidden: Source and Counter Strike: Source don't feel very similar to me.
