I went to the St. Pete Honda Grand Prix on Sunday and they had a big truck with 16 PS3 in it. The graphics sucked so much. All i played was resistance and madden but they looked like crap compared to the 360. Resistance didn't look nearly as good as even halo 2, maybe even worse, and madden looked like an old ps2 game. I will never buy a ps3 no matter how the price lowers or if blue ray wins. PS3= -1,000/777,777,777,777

Uh...I don't really like Sony and all, but the graphics on the PS3 are fucking badass, so...Yeah.

Graphics don't even matter when you don't have good games.

Also, if Blu-Ray does win, there's a very, very good chance Microsoft will put out a player.

Yes the games suck too but its just that Sony has been bragging so much about their graphics and that the next generation of video gaming didn't start until the os3 was released

i heard resistance is really good from many different people. so im thinking this is just an xbox fanboy ranting.

all consoles are boring, cept' the 360 Microsoft Windows FTW!! Windows = best game platform ever.

PS3.. i dunno, i hated it when i played it but all i ever played was resistence

Wii is better then Ps3.. no doubt in my opinon.. i could care less on what anyone else thinks.. same with 360, i like Wii and 36. PS3 is a loser

Yeah, I saw it on X-S a few weeks back.

wow, calling people stupid because their opinions are different than yours. lets be mature about it k? i dont think you can say a console sucks based on one game that you played. especially since it was a release title and the console has only been out since last november (5 months.)

Wii is the shiznit for having friends over. It truly is enjoyable for a good party gaming platform. I'm still with the 360 although there aren't games that are catching my attention coming out soon.

Tural, I was going to post that same article. I don't think I want competition to join forces...leaves us sucked dry on income...

It'd be quite a while before there is a clear victor.

I think it's last month's issue of EGM Magazine, It says exactly what your talking about, Tural. With Microsoft putting out a Blu-Ray player. I really hope Blu-Ray loses though, I already have a HD-DVD Player and HD-DVD Drive for my PC. I do agree though, the PS3 is not really a revolutionary system. The graphics for a machine with that kind of power, should be a lot better. A LOT BETTER.

Blame the developers of the games for that, not the system.

From what I've heard the PS3 has a rather poor SDK, and because of Cell, it's a nightmare to program. It has less ram available for games in comparison to the 360 and developers are forced to use certain ram for video and nothing else...

Blame the developers of the games for that, not the system.

The developers don't have a good dev kit out yet or something, because the same Madden looks 10X better on a 360 than it does a PS3.

That's my thoughts anyways...

I don't know how Madden 07 on the PS3 is worse than that on the 360, seeing how they amped a lot of stuff from the original title to match the PS3's capabilities, such as the user interactive particle system and 3D grass effect. Everything is Amped in the PS3 version.

It's Sony's caps and price that's really killing the name. They've lost a lot of Exclusives because of their lack of sales, and now Final Fantasy is on the Chopping block for Sony.

I just hope they lose MGS exclusiveness so then I don't have to buy a ps3 for 1 game
