bf2142... Who plays it then? Just me, eh...... Well I lvoe it, I think you should all get it, marry it and have sex with it. Well that's my 2 cents, what are your opinions on this game?

I wouldn't call that spyware by that sense. Spyware is malicious material that tracks what you do on the internet and reports it back to someone, without your consent.
What it does in actuality is present to you ads that are relevant to the game...such as in one level, there was an ad for the new season of Future Weapons. That's all it does, is distribute the ads to places where they will be seen more.

Personally, I could care less. I focus on playing the game, and the Future Weapons one was one of the rare times I looked at the ads.

My soldier name is TheDun, and I also have Northern strike aswell And to be honest I don't really care if somebody knows which adverts I choose to ignore.

You can delete the adds by patching it. I wouldn't really call that Spyware either, I've been playing the game ever since it came out. I've had no issues with any of EA/DICE Games. My soldier is HPDarkness, Username: HPDarkness.

My issue with EA is that Northern Strike is EA Link only. I'd rather have a hard copy. I might buy it in a couple months, though...

I don't have Northern Strike yet. But if anyone heard there is a contest going on for EA, You create a billboard for the game. If you win it gets put in game and you win lots of prizes!
