it means they dont flow well. choose colors that look better together.

Particularly the "caution strip lines" are too bright, and the banner is borderline annoying.

The whole thing overall is too simple in my opinion.

decent, but not great. maybe tone the red down a bit, and see what it looks like if the striped thing between the border and the content is gone, or at least thinner.
