I got them both...Its awesome...The only DLC that I actually considered paying for. Most DLC is some shitty add on which costs heaps.

Super running into a pedistrian and then seeing them fly off into the distance is fun.
Throwing people into the air, then harpooning them to a building is fun, and then you're able to climb up it using their mangled corpses

Driving in the race car, then spawning a ramp truck, flying off into the far reaches of the earth is fun ("10x barrel roll")

The harpoon is the gun that kills in one hit right? I've yet to use it as a harpoon. I need to do that. But, that gun got me maxed in gun stats
