Question

Post by ThaGreatOne »

I really have no idea if this is the right place to put this or not but here it goes.

I'm debating on weather to get halo 2 vista or halo 2 xbox. I got rid of my halo 2 xbox disc along time ago so i could get another game. But the main reason i want to get one of the 2 is for modding purposes. Halo 2 xbox has ALOT more capabillities than halo 2 vista, (but i can understand that seeing as how it hasn't been out as long.) But with vista, you can create custom maps, which is something i really want to work on. (and the whole 3D modeling stuff.)

What do you guys think?

If you have the computer for it, I would say H2V, but I've heard some not-so-good things about it (slow framerate, random glitches, etc.). But eventually, H2V will be opened up so you can create basically anything, much like Halo CE is now. However, if you just want to get down to modding, H2X is fine too; I'm sure many of the features in the H2VEK will be convertable/usable for H2X eventually as well.

H2V ran fine for me, and my computer isn't really up to par these days.
