I was looking at some reviews for this game, and it looks pretty good. I plan to rent it next week. But i was just wondering, has anybody played it yet? And if so, would you recommend it? I played the original AC, and i loved it but I've not played any AC since then.

I bought it, It's much better than the original. Not much replay value and is more fun for just fooling around than playing competetively.

I found that once you beat the game and get all data packs etc. you have certain weapons/armor that makes playing competitively pointless.

There are angel wings (which shoot virtually un dodgable heat seeking missles)

And of course kojima cannons which when charged up can kill a 30k health mech in 1 shot.

so it basically comes down to who shoots first. I'd reccomend renting it, buy it for the campaign but don't plan to spend too much time on it unless you're obsessed.
