How could that computer of yours possibly only get a six?
How do you get this rating?

Because of the Hard Drive. Apparently mine is insanely good, because people who had a 5.9 on Vista are down to 3.0... I went from 5.9 to 6.0.

I had a 5.6 when I was using windows vista, and that was my hard drives rating. My CPU was at 5.8 and everything else was at 5.9.

My desktop computer has a higher spec, but is running Windows XP, which cannot give me a Windows Experience Index rating.
The desktop has a better graphics card than this laptop.

What would be the optimal rating to run Vista/windows 7 smoothly?
Is that an XP theme Geo?

I'm 5.9 across the board, apparently, Vista only goes up to 5.9.
