Broken Pipe

So today I come home from school to find the town's Water Department swarming over my neighbour's house...well not swarming since there are like 5-7 people on the department, but anyway. Appearently their water pipe broken inside their house or something, so now their house contains no less than 1 foot high water.
To add onto that, water was appearently off for my street for most of the day, and they have nowhere to redirect the water main, so into the street it went.
