what this means is that the ice at the martian poles is in fact water ice, not some other odd form of ice that couldn't support life. if at any time in mars' past a large portion of this water was liquid, that could have created a suitable environment for life. they're also testing to determine if there are carbon-based chemicals and other building blocks of life present on mars, which i'm hoping they do find.
your thoughts?

our family already has plans to move there next summer.....
my little brother (who is in kindergarten) brought home
a pamphlet a wile ago.... and i heard my parents talking to
him about how we are going to live there... its gonna be awesome....
but that pamphlet was iffy.... the creators of the mars move team must
be targeting kids because that pamphlet was made to look like it
was made with crayons and and such....

*** YOU GLOBAL WARMING.
Global warming is how we're going to get mars started.
No jokes either, that is honestly how they want to get it going, it's still going to take a LONG time though, not in any of our lifetimes.

yeah i was watching a show called the universe and they were talking about what it would take to colonize mars i think that once we get it to the most desirable environment we use hydrogen cars instead of petroleum ones and reduce pollution

I think one day, we'll be forced to live on Mars. Earth is progressing more and more towards unlivable.

You're telling me! With this weather? I walked outside yesterday and burst into flames!
But seriously, what the hell are you talking about? Earth is becoming so unlivable we'll have to move to Mars? Did you think that out even a little bit?
Can't wait for highs of 68° and lows of -220° and not breathing.
