Sounds familiar.
I'm going to end up seeing it at friends' requests, I'm not particularly thrilled about it.

I would probably like the movie alot more if it wasn't done like the blair witch project, because I like J.J. Abrams mysteries.

I'm excited for it. I don't have school on the 18th, and I got $40 in a Showcase Cinemas card. So I'll probably go with my friends. I really can't wait, I've been following this movie since the trailer before Transformers.

it looks really interesting from the commercials, although the shock factor from having the statue of liberty's head crash into the street was really unnecessary. why not just have a building collapse in front of them?
overall, i think i'll like the way it's shot, but if it's just a giant monster, that makes the movie sound pretty stupid. i would much rather prefer if it were aliens, like in war of the worlds, but i guess they're both about the same with everything considered...

But I do not believe it is. I think its like Godzilla in the fact that it will emerge from the water and attack New York City. I've also heard the entire movie is from a guy carrying a camera recording everything that he sees

Pretty sure it's supposed to be a single monster that has louses of some sort that are attached to it or something.
