I need HaloMods help

A friend of mine has been accused of autoaiming on kai, there is a vid up, but i dont see any mod going on, could u guys help me decide?

Let's say that you did use an Aimbot.
He didn't lose money, his lifespan wasn't shortened, and it caused him no pain.
He runs the risk of playing cheaters when he plays online with tunnelling software.

Like I said it's a video game. If he cheats or gets cheated, so what?
