I think this movie is going to be amazing. I want to see it the first day it comes out. I should stuff my pants with towels when I go see it though. I might prematurely ejaculate
jk to the amazing uber awesome horror action of this film.

I read the story, and it was good. However, there was no definite ending, and i'm not so sure the movie will live up to the story. I'll still probably see it, though I don't have high expectations.

Hate to be a downer, but it looks like every other horror movie that involves mist...
The Mist, The Fog, they're all the same! Doesn't anybody realize this!? I feel like i'm taking crazy pills!

I noticed it, but I don't care for the fact that they are similar, I just care to find out whether or not they are FOR SURE similar, and if they are, which ones better?

The question is, does it matter? I sure as hell don't want to watch 5 movies that are exactly the same, only slightly different. Yeah, one will probably be better, but after awhile I ask my self what the point of all of it is, seeing how I already know how it will begin and end.
Mist comes, mist kills, they all die/mist goes away.
Now if they added Justin Timberlake into the movie that'd frigg'n rock.

I have to agree with Kirk on this one. Looks lame. The fog sucked majorly and I don't think this movie will be any better. Personally, i'd stear clear of these types of movies.

Big fan of the book, I hope this doesn't suffer from what most book->movie adaptations do though. Should be good regardless.

The Fog did suck, but there's a difference between The Fog and The Mist. In The Fog it was like a ghost//spirit trapped in the fog that killed random people. In The Mist, its like dragon//giant bug things [buggers:P] that kill people but stay hidden IN the mist.

THE GRAVITY IS CRUSHING US!
Never read the book but most book> film adaptions suck. the trailer looks bad to me. The overzealous person got slapped though.

I haven't seen 1408 yet, and I've heard it's based on a Stephen King book, but all the others sucked in my opinion, the books are way better, the movies ruin them.

His books are overrated. I'd choose Koontz over him any day.

Yeah I agree... In fact, I haven't really liked any of them.
Except The Shining.
Best movie ever.

I did like Rosemary's Baby, Rven though it was roughly based on a Short Story by Stephen King. Roman Polanski's Directing is amazing. The way the whole Thing unfolds is incredible.
And Ombre, you forgot that wierd ass Dust cloud thing from "Mission to Mars."

I invented the piano key neck tie!
I don't think i've seen that one. Yeah, i'm sure all of them can't be bad, and I really can't talk in reality, as I haven't seen half of them.
