I have two scenarios.

My friend Jimmy and I are starting work this Tuesday. We both want to buy 360's for the upcoming games this season. We have a choice of both of us waiting 4 weeks and buying elite's, or we can merge our first pay checks and buy one premium and merge our second to buy our second, that way we can play until we get our second one.

We make about 100 a week, or 200 every pay check. Whichever sounds better to you.

So give suggestions on what we should do.

Well if your combining paychecks you'll have enough to buy a premium...But no games. You guys have any games at all? Or you gunna rent...

I think it would be a good idea to wait 4 weeks, then you both combined your money so you can both get them at the same time, it's pretty obvious that one will get the 360 then the other would be all pissed about not having it. Unless you two are really good friends and don't care.

We are good friends and we'd split it up. We live next door to eachother and our parents like each of us so yeah. We could go over whenever. and hey its only two weeks.

We have a few games lying around where I had a 360' before.

Well then your set, you said your self it's only 2 weeks, so just do that. Work 2 weeks then buy one then repeat. Since the Premium is like $350 you would have at least $50 left so you could save it then buy Halo 3 or a nother game.

Yeah, I think we'll do that. We still have 3 months to save for whatever we want afterwards so yeah.

Although I still want the ELITE. >< I want 120 gb hdd with HDMI. Even though I have VGA so..uh yeah.
