HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Okay so everytime I try to install this update it gives me an error so basically I can't download any updates anymore and its very annoying. Anyone think they know whats wrong?

PS: I have a legal copy of windows.

Install the genuine advantage tool manually
