Who here has been to Bungie in Microsoft Studios (or wherever their new location is)? If you have been there, tell us what you did and what it was like, although I dont think many people here have been there.

I actually went a few years back with my friend and his family. We left to Redmond, Washington because his uncle worked at Microsoft (not with bungie) but we got to see it anyways. This was pre-Halo 2 release. I received Halo: PC Marketing Gold edition a week before release, as well as a Bungie T-Shirt, a Masterchief toy, and something else (forgot). But it was very interesting to see them working on the code and see some of the levels they were working on. I saw Coag, with a very strange looking Sniper Rifle, as well as a SP Human Map. At that time, the Assault Rifle was still in the game but the map was fucking tight.

Alright, I'm done rambling. Anyone else?

They gave you a bunch of stuff just for visiting them?

I'm going to Redmond this summer. I would like to know if Bungie is still there. Because if they are, I would like to see if I can go .

What do you think they would do if someone walked in and said they modded halo 2 or halo 1?

Depends. If they said something like "I love Halo Custom Edition! I like to make cool custom maps with it in my spare-time." they would probably like you, if you said something along the lines of "LOL! aut aim is teh besdt evar I totaly modup ppl on matchmaking in halo2, its sooofun cuz iwhenever i shot i hit someone with auto sniper lolzz!!!!!111111!111" though...They might beat you to death with 360 controllers. >_>

I really doubt it... and if you were, I'm sure they wouldn't show you anything of interest.

probably get mad...unless you told them you don't own live or whatever. But they would still hold a grudge. We just make the game better...its there fault for leaving out cool stuff =P

I haven't been to Bungie, but Ive Been to Konami's American Headquarters and a Club Sega in Japan. I'm jealous though, my dad is working on getting a contract from EA and he got to go to their Headquarters in Redwood City. He got a bunch of games there, and got me a great Battlefield collection.

People arent allowed to just visit. The only reason I went there is because my friends uncle worked at Microsoft and knew some of the guys there. I'm sure they would show you things of interest, because I saw some very interesting things in the pre-release of Halo 2. And yes, they did give me a bunch of stuff just for going there.
